The List

My to-do list ran over 25 items this morning.  Perhaps I’m making too many lists?  Or putting too much on them?  Updating this blog was not on it; that pretty much shows why the list is so long.  I’m down to 11 things, so it’s getting better.  Why do the cats know I’m leaving?  I …

What a mess!

It’s way too complicated to expain, but I got myself in over my head yesterday.  I’m finally treading water this afternoon.  I returned our three little grandchildren to their parents in the morning, and returned home with a van full of items.  It’s enough to say that It probably could have been stored as is, …

Spam comments

I’m getting many spam comments each day, too many to go through.  So, if you comment and don’t see it, it was probably deleted.  send me an e-mail, or use the contact form on my site, and I’ll work on the filters.  After I sweep the floor again.

Two breakfasts, two lunches, two floor sweepings, eight loads of laundry, two Dora shows, two puzzles, many trips to the potty, several hand washings,  and I’m finally ready to start my morning. Oh, I guess I missed my morning. Now, down to the task of the day, sewing.

Back to Normal?

Disclaimer or Correction

My grandson says I should have told him he did a bad job and not posted this.  But, he did a good job, the machine was set wrong.  I saw him carefully vacuum under everything and was puzzled when I saw the result.  Investigation revealed that it wasn’t him, it was the machine, which I …

Wednesday

Yesterday was 70 degrees, but today was a good day.  GD1 is back to being herself.  S-in-L went to the gym in the morning and took GD2 to play in the kid’s area when he went. GD1 and I went to the home improvement store and got handles for her dresser.  She carefully inspected everything …
